My water heater had to be replaced .It is Dec 22.I get one from Payzants. Called around for the best price to get it installed . Some nut wanted $600. plus tax , another wanted $450. plus tax and this is if all went smooth. I call Gary Dec 23 he said it is double time so his rate was $150. per hour and it should only be 2hrs .Right on the money, in and out in 2hrs. I would highly recommend him . Absolutely excellent service. My lift station pump stopped working, and the service was prompt. The technician brought a nice new pump to install, but found a wiring problem in my existing unit. He fixed the issue, got the old pump working and only billed me for the service call, rather than installing a new expensive pump. My bill was 20% of what he could have charged me. Gerald and his team transformed my bathroom in one day. What was impressive was they way they handled a small issue. The style of tub I chose was 32" wide. It turns out the style of tub I chose was only made as a 30". I found this out after it arrived and prior to installation. Upon learning of this, Gerald showed up in about 45 mins with a 32" tub for me - for the same price. I was thrilled! Clean up was thorough and the crew was great. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
