This place never disappoints us. Our usual fare selection is Onion Bhajis, Pakora, Aloo Gobi, Chicken Korma, Pilau rice, and Naan bread. We have also attended their catered events on multiple occasions. Regular fundraisers for charities both local and not. Good overall neighborhood place.

I've eaten in Many South Asian restaurants over the years, having lived in Vancouver and Toronto. This is one of the best South Asian restaurants, and definitely in my top 3 that I've eaten in (out of poss. 10-15). Their Chicken Korma is the best I've ever had, & other dishes worth mentioning is veggie curry, and their madras (chicken). Their lamb curry is also excellent. They use fresh ingredients, and you might pay a little more then say a "buffet" style in Toronto (ie 10.99 for all you can eat), but here's why : the chicken for example is white meat/chicken breast. That means a Big difference in costs, where many buffet style places & other cheap eats, ie in Toronto may use thighs etc. Know when you are comparing apples to apples. Staff are friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place. Good, reasonable lunch specials during the week from 7.99 (veggie curry). Enjoy!

We had the pleasure of dining at Tiffin's this afternoon with our two children and it was a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, the portion size was generous, and the service was excellent. Will definitely dine here again! Hands down the BEST Indian joint I have tried... butter chicken was jam packed full of flaviour and had the perfect amount of spice and spices (not Americanized at all). The naan bread is hand made fresh to order and very tasty! If you love Indian or are wanting to give it a try i definitely recmend this place.

The people who run this restaurant are always so friendly! To top that off, the food is great. I really enjoy their palak paneer especially.
They're also great with accomodating tastes. I like my food spicy, while my other family members are not so keen on it. When I order spice levels all over the map, it's never screwed up. Always perfect for each person.
The flavours are great and I always look forward to a treat here when we have the time.

We usually do take outs on weekends but went their for lunch on weekday and thoroughly enjoyed it. It didn't look big buffet but wow had lots of varieties to eat and especially fresh nan and tandoori chicken. Not big on Indian desserts too sweet for me. Food is great we really enjoyed the lunch buffet and service is fast and courteous.

I have been frequenting the Scarborough location of this restaurant for a few years now, and was excited when they opened a Pickering location, as I work in Scarborough, but live in Whitby. Awesome roti...and a few of my friends from "the islands" agree whole heartedly! The most tender, juicy and tasty chicken roti, you won't be dissappointed! Great Indian Food! Best in GTA! Been going to Mount Everest for over 15 years! Have tried other Indian Restaurants but none can compare! Service is good and prices reasonable. I cannot praise Mr. Singh enough for his dedication in creating quality indian dishes. Butter Chicken is the best! Love the Naan bread and Samosas. Great vegetarian dishes too! We love curry and eat at the Mount Everest on a regular basis. I would highly recommend this Indian Restaurant! Ann
