I went to Boston Pizza on May 7th for a friend's birthday party. When I was served my cheese pizza, it tasted really good. It is certainly one of the best Pizzas I've ever had. After the main course, I had Apple crisp and it tasted great than the other Apple Crisps I've ate. Boston Pizza, along with Pizza Hut is one of the best restaurants I've ever ate at. The Jambalaya was supurb. First time eating a Jambalaya dish. Originally, it called for shrimp, But I subbed those for scallops. The had NO problems doing that. We live out of the area and normally don't eat at ESM's as we have been bitterly disappointed in the past. Not so at this location! Our experience here put this restaurant back on our radar! Great service, friendly staff (ask for Holly, she's lovely) and the kids were well looked after. Not to mention the ice-cold beer and fresh and tasty food. We go here alot and service is the most consistant we have experienced anywhere. Very rarely is service slow and we have never experienced unfriendly or rude service. The only time the service is slow is when the restaurant is extremely busy but even then it is above 80% of other places. Absolutely loved the service from Erica. Very friendly and proffesional. Servers are always very pleasant here even when busy. Once our food came out cold but they took it back and fixed it for us no problem and the manager came over and asked us how things were.
