Our experience with the guys at Summit Flooring has been outstanding. From the beginning when we started researching the possibility of hardwood floors, right through to the completion of installation, we have had unequalled customer service. Our salesman Sheldon was knowlegeable, honest and full of sound advice. He spent literally hours working with us, ensuring that we got the floor we wanted, at a price we could afford. Our installer Mike, whose services were arranged through Summit, as well as being a great guy, was experienced, meticulous, punctual, and customer focused. The hardwood flooring itself exceeded our expectations, as did everything else. The project was completed on time and on budget! Water was coming up out of the floor drain in my basement and it smelt really really bad. i had the city come send a camera down my line and quickly found out all my underground plumbing pipes had collapsed. Barry and the guys were over the next day, quickly found the best solution and completed the job within the original quote. as soon as they walked in the door i had peace of mind.

I dealt with both Glen and Jim and they were easy to deal with. No pressure and they gave me a sweet deal because I was getting some carpet done in multiple rooms in my house. Installation was top notch, they even installed my linoleum that I wanted in the corner for a small fee, great work. Call them today, you'll be glad you did.
