Veronica has been my stylist for many years - she's the only one I trust with my hair. At other studios, my hair will look and feel good for a short period of time but eventually the colour dulls/hair gets dry. Veronica always recommends great cuts that grow out beautifully and her colouring technique leaves my hair healthy even months after its been coloured. Best is that she remembers the styles/cuts we've done before and always has great ideas of what to do next.
Bonus - Veronica is a great stylist for men too. She's my brother's stylist too and his hair always looks awesome.

Vivian’s successful business model operates on an appt only basis as noted on website- so attention focused on client. I completely understand need for entrance to be secured to ensure the customer’s confidentiality & safety of anyone in the shop. Both measures allow for a safe, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I appreciate Vivian’s knowledge & willingness to answer all of the questions I posed re hair toppers. Professionalism, knowledge, customer support = excellent assets. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to another Nail Salon in Richmond for years and after one visit to Lexi Nails I switched over! This place is great! Vivian worked wonders on my nails and the atmosphere is friendly. I wish I had of known of this gem years ago!

I love my haircut! I had a very long hair and decided to cut it short due to my pregnancy so I told The hairdresser what I had in mind and yes! She was able to visualize it. Though she's new in that salon, she's very talented and very nice lady I would say. I'm loving my hair right now. Btw, her name is Devika.

Kym is absolutely amazing, I would recommend her to anyone as she is so caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. I accidentally found Valentin's salon on a rainy July day in 2010. That changed my hair forever. No one else has touched it ever since. She is fantastic and even pros will stop me and compliment me. She is passionate about her work and it shows in the results. I currently live in Portland, OR and will travel to see her. She knows colour, texture, everything hair! She is a gem and I can't recommend her and sing her praises enough. I always leave looking beautiful! I love Valentin and her work!

I have been going here for years, in fact, before it opened as I have been using Manuel for maybe 15+ years. Except for the only one time when I went too short I have left with always great hair. I do not need to look at the back to make sure he did a good job. I have always had compliments about my haircuts. I held off highlights for a long time and now addicted and love the look and leave it in his capable hands to change up the hair style once in a while.

They are durable and shaped perfectly. She also did a great job on my hair cut for $12.Salon It’s self was nothing special but the service, company and prices were great.
