These guys were fantastic! I went in there with an old machine my parents gave me, and they fixed up like new, without it costing me an arm and a leg. They have a huge selection of new and used vacuums, and they gave me great advice about fixing my machine. They treated me really well even though I didn't spend much money. I would recomend these guys for anything to do with vacuum cleaners!

What a great experience!! I asked about a problem I was having with my central vacuum system not turning off. I was provided with two possible issues and an approach to test which one it might be. I followed the suggestion, discovered the issue with the circuit board and proceeded to fix it. Extremely helpful free advice that ended with a solution. Thanks so much!!!

We brought in a vacuum of ours for repairs after being directed here for warranty work, shop has an extensive selection of great vacuums. The customer service is really exceptional they helped us out in getting warranty submitted and went the extra mile in getting the manufacturer to approve the warranty work! I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. Hanif is fantastic. You’d think visits to have you vacuum fixed would be ho hum. Hanif will get you back up and running and you’ll leave feeling confident. I have had both vacuumes repaired here as well as just bought a shampooer from him. The plastic bag got a rip in it, Hanif got me fixed up right away and didn’t charge me. Truly a kind man and will get you back up and running at a great price. I am truly grateful for A to Z.

The staff at Superior Vaccum were excellent! I needed to rent a vacuum to clean a rental property, we had some issues at first and they were able to resolve the problem quickly and allow me to take the vacuum again to get the job done. I was very pleased to have face-to-face service where I felt like the staff really were trying to be helpful.
