I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. Hanif is fantastic. You’d think visits to have you vacuum fixed would be ho hum. Hanif will get you back up and running and you’ll leave feeling confident. I have had both vacuumes repaired here as well as just bought a shampooer from him. The plastic bag got a rip in it, Hanif got me fixed up right away and didn’t charge me. Truly a kind man and will get you back up and running at a great price. I am truly grateful for A to Z.

We brought in a vacuum of ours for repairs after being directed here for warranty work, shop has an extensive selection of great vacuums. The customer service is really exceptional they helped us out in getting warranty submitted and went the extra mile in getting the manufacturer to approve the warranty work! The staff at Superior Vaccum were excellent! I needed to rent a vacuum to clean a rental property, we had some issues at first and they were able to resolve the problem quickly and allow me to take the vacuum again to get the job done. I was very pleased to have face-to-face service where I felt like the staff really were trying to be helpful.

Their installer is also very experienced and courteous. He had our new vacuum running within 15 minutes of arrival.
