I went to Edmonton Salvage Disposal today (01/25/24) to retrieve all my items that were in my car after I was in a crash. The lady who helped me at reception was incredibly helpful and kind found my keys and file, and called for someone to bring me to my car. I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.

These guys earned my business now and in the future. A company didn't honor their warranty on something I had purchased, and after a hell of a lot of back and forth by Chris, the manufacturer refusing to act, he and Mario chose to help me out through Cap-it. It was a situation that they could have blamed the company and slid out of it, but they didn't.
