Even if I go into the sales area they are all eager to help and offer you any assistance you need. Well Folks, I have to tell you I met these wonderful folks last week and took my car into have some well needed service work done. All I can say is they treated me, and my car excellent. The prices are great, service wonderful; I ended up purchasing 4 new snow tires and rims for my car as well. I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!

I am sorry to hear that the other people who have commented here did not have a good experience. I have been going to Midas for several years for a variety of services from mufflers to tires and brakes, etc. They have always been friendly, fair, reasonably priced, and have provided me with good advice in terms of what needs to be done vs. what could be done.
