Very thorough job from start to finish. Had a Carrier Heat Pump put into my house and have no complaints. Harvey did a great job finding out exactly what I needed and the Tech was great to have in my house.

Hired Nova to help recently renovate our suite and they did a great job from start to finish. The crew was very professional and had a high degree of skill. You will not find a better selection of quality items anywhere. Pocket and sheath knives, lighters, bagged Cuban coffee, shaving brushes and, oh yes, hundreds of pipes, fine cigars and all other forms of tobacco products.
You can have a friend take your picture with Woody, the officer standing outside the shop. For the best in warm, friendly attention get yourself inside. Josh around with the owner. He won't mind.
Even if I don't need anything I stop in to say hello and see what's new. I've had some surprises like the huge flat screen TV..." That wasn't there last time." My ancestors (see photo) would agree that we are lucky to have such a fine store on Vancouver Island.
