Don't know what happened to generate the negative review I saw here - when I went in yesterday to replace my lost/stolen Driver's Licence I needed no appointment, there was no line-up, the service was charming and super-efficient. Can't say enough nice things - thank you!

Went here after a terrible experience with another insurance agency. Manager was very helpful in renewing my fleet insurance, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Efficient. We are dealing with a vehicle right off accident with Icbc not our fault and Harry at Hertz was very helpful understanding compassionate and real to deal with. We dealt with the one Icbc recommended to bill directly on the corner of bay and government and they never kept their promises. The manager was terrible to deal with and the staff appeared robotic. They were awful. I recommend Hertz.

Very fast and efficient to travel to and from Victoria. It's a very cool, safe and reliable service that beats using the airport. You only need to arrive 30 min before and nothing beats the views.

My partner and were visiting Victoria from Toronto and were recommended this spot by a friend. You really do treat your clients like family in that you offer us a beverage and a treat, give us the most comfortable spot in the place and chat with us. The massage chairs are next level great! I worked through a few knots in my back. As I write this, I can safely say the pedicures are still looking great three weeks later! You must give this place a try!!
