i woke up and turned my laptop on and got nothing. Din't turn on at all. I took it in to this store and the guy there was very friendly and professional. Took in my dying PS3 to get it back in working order and WOW!!!...took only about 20 mins and it was up and running..Mike and his cousin Brad really know gaming consoles...great service at a great price...give them a try you wont be disappointed. Thanks guys....Terry D Lire plus
