First time client to Fine Lines Spa in Oakville. Had a french manicure and french pedicure. Very happy with the product. Now I love my nails again and my feet feel and look great.
The spa is beautiful; clean comfortable and elegant. It's nice to take the time to relax in a quiet place. Thank you Andrea, you really know your stuff and answered any question I had.

Elisabeth was wonderful to work with. I did two rooms with her. In one, I had my own fabric and she worked with that. (Many others wouldn't.) In the other room, I had trouble choosing a fabric from her selection so she took me to a huge trade showroom, where I found the perfect look. Her workmanship and installation were impeccable.

Exemplary customer service. Due to some misunderstanding, the order was not as per the expectations and Jag (Owner and manager) who had taken the order was kind enough to provide a complete refund on the entire order! Thank you Jag :):) Such customer service wins customers for a lifetime! This vet is amazing! My dog walker told me about them. They are quick, efficient and care a lot about the animals. They are all so friendly too. They are quick to book you, fast to serve you they took the best care of my pup. He recovered so quickly after his was fixed. His incision site was pristine. Any time I have called with an issue, they are happy to assist. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Rob is fantastic.
He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated.
Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. He was fast & were able to list within the week!
My only regret - not writing this review sooner.

Both my boys have benefitted greatly from their Sylvan experience. When they go there the focus and enjoy it. I am actually looking forward to their next report cards. They have come a long way. I am glad i did not wait to long to get them help because although the school said they were doing OK, I knew they could do more. Sylvan has been a great experience for all of us. The staff have been amazing they really care about every child and they are very professional.

Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. Final invoice was clearly explained, cost was reasonable and in-line with the original discussion.
Would definitely use this service again.
