Tried Basilico's new Spring/Summer menu - lots of great appies, lunch and dinner items. You can tell all the ingredients are fresh. My partner had the herb crusted snapper and I tried the grilled pork loin chop and both were fabulous. Understand they have a great Sunday Brunch too.

Wonderful service. Gordon came out within a few days and took care of a variety of ants: carpenter, red, ordinary and the really small ones. He carefully sprayed both patios and all around the foundation of the house. Since then, we have seen a couple but Gordon assured me that within a few days they would be gone.
We also really appreciated his honesty in explaining that because our 2 acre property is rural, they may come back and need more treatments.
Very reasonable cost.

I heard about a firearms dealer in Campbell River and being new to the area and being an outdoor enthusiast I thought I would check them out. In just a few moments of being in there you realize these folks have been in business a while and have a great attitude towards their customers what struck me as unique was that they carry items that are proven or desirable by consumers who know what they want. I will be shopping there as often as I can and look forward to being able to actually buy items off the shelf that normally I have had to order, a real pleasure.

Had a delivery yesterday and the driver went above and beyond. Really impressed. Our long and steep driveway was blocked by a fallen tree. The driver hiked alllll the way up to our place to get us, helped clear the tree and took thr time to carefully place 4 tons of flagstones exactly where we wanted them. Great job and would definitely recommend these guys!

They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles. I would recommend House of Russell to anyone who wants the service and attention of a high class salon without the high price. We had Don of Hudson Bay Charters haul our boat from storage near Chemainus down to the dock in Ladysmith. It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. We really appreciate his ability and friendly manner. We will hire him again anytime!!
