I just moved here from Toronto and I was very nervous about having my clothes altered by someone whom I didn’t know, or whose work I was not familiar with. I was so happy I found this wonderful seamstress whose skill with alterations became quickly evident after I picked up my clothes. I am so grateful to have someone I can trust with my garments. I have been with this company for years and at 2 different addresses. They have always gone above and beyond - same day delivery, great hours, wonderful staff, great prices. I went online to check what is in their spring water. All levels great. I like it because they take responsibility when things are perfect too. Happy camper here.

WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. They even went the extra mile and got warranty on defective part and the bill for labor was more than fair. I highly recommend this company to any one. Ken Beckner

I have been a client of The Spa for years now - and there's a reason for that. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional, the services offered are amazing (I've had many, but not all - yet!), and the products are to die for!
I always leave relaxed and with the feeling of being pampered and feeling awesome, I cannot stress enough what a gem this place is and how lucky Stratford is to have such a wonderful business to add to it's already stellar reputation and such an amazing business owner to boot!

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

I had Volt Electric out to my property a few weeks ago to give an estimate for rewiring the entire house (removing knob-and-tube). He was very knowledgeable and mentioned things I wouldn't have noticed that an inspector would be looking for. He even called the local inspector after viewing the property, before providing me with the quote, to ensure the quote would be accurate. I ended up going with someone else for scheduling reasons only, but I will contact Volt again without hesitation.

The owner first aim is always to please his customers. He is MOST accommodating. If you don't see a product you're looking for in his store, talk to him about it. As was in my case, he'll happily order it for you. He even gave me two items of the product when it came in as a complimentary for steering him to the product. I can't say enough good about this man, his PR, his business techniques or his shop overall. Check it out.
