The first contractor was fixing squeaky floors when he found water damage on the sides of the patio doors. Fortunaterly it hadn't got into the joists. He referred me to KD&W.
Lance came out to find a solution to stop the leaks. His assessment was that it wasn't the patio doors but the vinyl decking installed 2 years prior. He gave the solution to the first contractor, who is now waiting for warm weather.
No charge!

I originally hired Loyal Stucco in 2014 to fix a botched stucco job. Once again I called Joseph to help me out. The stucco on my chimney was damaged so I hired Loyal to fix it. They did a great job fixing the chimney and the colour match is excellent; you can't even tell is was repaired years after the original job. He told me what the plan was and then kept his word, with all work completed on schedule. In and out in less than a week! Once again, I would recommend Loyal Stucco.

Chandra. Is. Amazing. Period. My uncle and dad introduced me to his business. I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. He has also inspected a vehicle I was selling and barely charged. He NEVER overcharges and he is always fast and reliable he won’t fix things that don’t need fixing but he does extras without piling on cost. An honest honourable reliable place to take your car!!

Went in with a boat windshield to see if they could remount the glass. They took it in fixed it right up went to pay said no charge. This is now the only place that I will deal with. I have gotten windshield from them an they were great then as well. Thank you so much

After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! I will see Dr Parks again! He helped me diagnose my cat and helped me through the decision to have to put her down. His people skills are amazing. Then when I brought my other cat in today for her checkup he is the first vet that has ever seen inside her mouth. He was patient and calm and it was nice to see someone who cares so much for their four legged patients. I will continue to take my pets here as long as he is there for them.
