When we bought the furniture from Techno (which was several years ago), we were only a small representative office.Since then, Techno is our furniture provider and helped a lot when we set up our existing office with nearly a hundred workstations. From the very reasonable pricing, prompt response and good after sale service, we are happy with what techno have done for our new office all in all. When parts were no longer available for my old chainsaw, they figured out how to fix it. I recently bought a new chainsaw and the service is outstanding. They always take the time with their customers and make them feel special. I always recommend them to my friends.

Amazing sushi at incredible prices! Sushi Nanaimo is an one of a kind because they offer delicious rolls and combos at prices you really cant find anywhere else. The Awesome roll, Alaska Roll, and Nanaimo roll are my favourites and the Dinner for two combo is also great value if you are there with a friend. The service is always efficient and friendly so this my go to place when I am in the neighbourhood!

This Cosmetics Department is the best on the island. The ladies are amazing. They really listened to what I had to say and helped me to pick out exactly what I needed. Debbie helped me today but all of the ladies are great. Super Staff. I love shopping here.

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.

I used to go to the other Fraser street location but since this one opened I'm a customer for life! They have a bigger selection of food and cosmetics. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that they carry ethnic foods too!

I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)

Thank you Roger's Plumbing and Heating Company for repairing my hot water heater when it sprang a leak! My favourite part was how the plumber was on time and straight forward.

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

Overall a positive experience purchasing our first vehicle from a used dealer.
Note to buyers: Get an independent pre-purchase inspection!
We were assured the vehicle was in great working condition, only for our mechanic to find a major repair (cracked exhaust manifold) after listening to the car for 5 seconds.
Thankfully, Andreas and the Premier Auto team compensated us a portion of the bill (about 40%) as an apology for the inconvenience.
Learnt our lesson!
