I live in Brampton and work in Mississauga 35 years at Pearson Airport. The guys are always attentive to the auto parts needed. They will always say If we don't have it we will do our best to get it for you and I don't know know the answer right now but I will find out and let you know what I find. And they will get a hold of you. Most recent purchases: 2010 Mercedes E350 4Matic sedan front and rear rotors and pads and two brake wear sensors. Thanks to George and everyone else there. VR

Its a great shop, very customer focused and really works with the clients when making decisions on what to do next, they might be 5 percent higher in costs, but the work is done right the first time, so its worth the drive to Carlisle. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. At first i was skeptical but I am glad I came here for my collision repair! They were very attentive & extremely helpful! Not only did they help me in processing my claim but also drove me to the nearest police station to submit report. Upon arrival my rental was ready and when picking up my vehicle a week later, it not only smelled and looked brand new from the professional detail cleaning but the damages were fixed with great quality and care! Highly recommend them!
