I visited this pawn shop last week with a piece of jewelry that I wanted to sell . THe owner immediately told me that it was a beautiful piece and commented on how unique it was. I was pleasantly surprised by what he offered to buy it for as it was more than what I had expected. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I will definitely be going back and doing more business with him as I was impressed with the way he handled the sale.

My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

Mike is the man. I have been taking the all of our family's vehicles to him since 1997 when he was still on old Victoria. You can count on him for realistic and reasonable estimates. He seems to always find the problem quickly, and fix it so it stays fixed.
And he's not tied to a dealership so he can save a bundle using jobber parts, or even used parts when appropriate. Very trust worth and good service.

They have always been very good and friendly to us.
There maybe rats/mice, but we haven't encountered any and we've had a 10x24' unit for about six years.
There are rat traps spaced outside the doors approx every 70 ft, so it appears to be doing its job.
We are very happy with the service.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. My septic tank backed up into my basement and I contacted the closest plumber to me which was Answer Plumbing, he then told me what I thought needed to be done but that he didnt have the right equipment for the job so then he recommended Djs Plumbing. I called on the weekend, even though it didnt say he was open and he called me back the next day. He was able to come on Monday in the afternoon. Monday morning I got a call saying he could be here earlier which was great! He was AWESOME! Fixed!
