Everyone I've interacted with at Woodfield Auto has been really trustworthy, friendly, and honest. I always leave with the sense that they genuinely care about the cars they work on (and the customers who drive them!), rather than the manipulative nickel-and-diming I've experienced at bigger auto service chains. Bob at Mr.Freeze has been awesome with helping me with my aging truck. From fuel lines to replacing original parts (the truck is a 97) I always get treated fairly, never any curve balls, and my truck runs freaking amazing STILL!

We had a bunch of delays due to bad weather (A big tyank you to Melissa at the office for keeping us updated & dealing with our frustrations!) but we incredibly impressed by the crew sent out & the work done. A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.
