On a recent trip from Timmins,for a medical appointment the front left caliper seized on our truck. It was 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. We called several garages, but West End Alignment and Auto Repair was the only one that agreed to help. They worked 45 minutes past their closing time to get the repair done. Extremely thankful for their assistance. Peter and the other mechanic were lifesavers. We were 6 people in the vehicle including two elders, an infant and a preschooler. Thank -you

Kim is absolutely amazing. My husband has been IN TWO high speed rear end collisions over the past 10 years and I’m convinced she’s the only reason he is as well as he is today.
I’ve also seen kim on many occasions over the years, for neck and back issues and she’s amazing! She knows the problem and gets in to fix it. It WILL hurt but it DOES work. I trust Kim explicitly.

When have you heard a story like this. I'm a senior citizen and no longer work on my own cars. Took it told him I have a brake problem. ! He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? He says nothing; stop by and brings the boys coffee and donuts !!!!! Can you believe this an honest automotive shop in Sudbury !! Now my whole family and friends go there.

Long Canada day weekend and stranded on the side of highway 17 over 300k from home in 3:00 traffic. We called CAA and thankfully got rescued by an amazing tow truck driver. She was friendly and professional. She used the utmost care in loading and unloading my brothers mustang. She drove like a Rockstar through rush hour traffic and got us back to hamilton safe and sound. Thank you fromall of us!!!! You Rock!

I have been suffering from shoulder pain for years and have tried everything including another chiropractor with no results and after only 6 visits there was relief and after 12, mobility was back and the pain and numbness down my arm were down to pretty much non-existent. We are so pleased with the service we received from Mike and his brother! The only sign that a tree came down was the clean open space and the tree stump. No leaves, no twigs or wood shavings! He even did our gutters! And then did my neighbour’s gutters where leaves had fallen from the tree that came down! A wee more expensive than a few other places but SO WORTH IT! Another neighbor had a tree cut from another company a few days later. They did a good job but the mess they left is unfortunate.

Wonderful experience at the auto repair on Dec 12, 2024, was passing through from out of town, had an electrical glitch in new 2024 Chevy Suburban tire sensor. They got me in earlier than I expected (given my predicament perhaps?), regardless, got me in 1 and 1/2 hr early, and, on the road again in 1/2 hr. Faulty tire pressure sensor! Great Work guys, human compassion exists!!
