I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. I represent a charity in Ottawa called CityKidz Ottawa, which works with children in the 6 to 12 year old age range. We require that the children are bused every week and have been using Wubs since we opened our doors in 2010. We have always appreciated their safe and reliable service for our children and their desire to get involved in the community and make a difference. Their rates are more than fair and their drivers and customer service are always respectful and responsive.

Although the hotel was undergoing renovations and looked like a run-down apartment building (also was in a sort of ""ghetto"" neighbourhood), the hotel was actually quite decent and nice inside. It looked like a hotel at least. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. I liked the fact that they didn’t charge for parking (which if we would have stayed on the other side of the bridge in downtown Ottawa, they would have). There was just a lot of construction going on and at times was very noisy (if you opened the room window/balcony). The staff were very accommodating. Room was always cleaned well and washroom was fine (only complaint is the hot water in the shower was a bit weird -- kept changing from hot to cold on some of the days). Overall it was quite a decent hotel for the price. I wouldn’t mind staying here again if I can’t get anything cheaper/similar quality downtown.

These guys are super professional. Same day service, they came out to my workplace, their rates were extremely reasonable (less than places I'd have to drive to!), and they were courteous and worked cleanly. Highly recommended!!!!

We used TD Cartage to do approximately a half an acre of landscaping. He didn't over-promise but instead he over-delivered. I already have plans to call him back next year for additional work that will need to be done and will actively recommend him to neighbors.

Good customer service at their new sales office on rideau. They took me up to the model unit at their newest building downtown, and it had better upgrades included than most of the other new condos I've seen downtown Ottawa so far... will probably buy one soon

The longest wait I've had at this location was 10 minutes. It was lunchtime on a Friday, and five customers walked in, while the phones were ringing.
They quickly adjusted and got everyone out of there and they were all friendly about it. This is by far my favourite car rental company, because I actually feel valued as a customer.
