Ok ok.. so I know every business is on high alert with sanitation and cleanliness. I’ll admit, I was nervous for my appointment this morning after hearing more than one nail salon in Ontario had reported spreading COVID amongst their clients. I felt nothing but comfortable at @tk_nailsandspa . Everything was spotless, sneeze guards up, stations 6+ feet apart, everyone in a mask, disinfecting each station after client (including inside the UV lights) were just some of the things I noticed around

Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!
Rachel answered all my questions and her team took their time making sure that I was well taken care of. Bravo!

The Salon is very welcoming and you are greeted immediately by almost all of the staff on duty. Sarah is outstanding and does a wonderful job on my hair each time and does exactly what I requested. Great place to have your hair done. I would definitely recommend this location and so easy to find.

You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire.

This place after COVID was very much improved! The salon ladies had more experience and improve in their customer service, since I went there in 2019. The nails turned out amazing and flawless!!! I have used Frantastic Events on numerous occasions for my kids birthdays as Fran's cakes are amazing and totally nut free and gluten free if you need it. I also hired Fran to do my wife's 30th birthday party in terms of catering and the food was absolutely amazing and every guest commented on the quality of the food and the value for money was also top drawer! I would recommend Frantastic Events for any catering or birthday need!

Great experience with Brad and Roy on a drain scope, I felt bad because unforeseen circumstances extended the time frame, but they didn't charge extra. Would give them a 5 but their machine had some glitches and the audio failed to record, but at least they showed up.
