Mark help us out of a major jam by repairing our Pleasureway Van while on a short trip to Vancouver Island. Impressive mechanic whose attention to detail is exemplary. Fixed a longstanding noise issue and replaced three pulleys, a belt and alternator within three hours of breaking down. Five stars ++

What a pleasure to deal with Mohamed as he is always smiling and treats you like a friend instead of a customer. He always has time to listen to your concerns and tries to find solutions. I much prefer his personal touch to that of the larger drug stores in the Western Communities. Also, I discovered today that he is authorized to. give you the vaccinations which are required for travel to foreign countries. This saves the considerable expense of going to a Travel Clinic.

I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing service with top quality workmanship. The repairs were quite reasonable (less than I guessed they would be). My car is only 3 months old and they repaired the damage to looking almost new again. I was disappointed in myself for damaging my new car and now it looks great. From estimate to pick-up the process was smooth and professional.

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.

I've been having my oil changed at Auto Express for years, and also getting repairs as things come up. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and offer the best deal in town! Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.

This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

Trust worthy shop. Fair pricing. They would check what's wrong and fix only the necessary. They won't even charge you for little things. One time I brought my car in because the engine light turned on. Nhat had it turned off with and when I asked for bill he said it is free. I have them fixed/replaced may rotors and calipers and paid less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Give them a try...

Fairlane Collision Repairs are an ICBC certified repair shop. They guarantee their work for as long as you own the car. I took my Honda Civic back for warranty work. They fixed it for free even though the original repairs were done in 2012. Very pleasant staff and nice office. I

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.
