Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. Great Service! Called in the afternoon because my garage door would not come down. They had a repair man out within two hours and had the problem fixed right away. I was able to make an appointment I had been waiting for that same day because of the fast service. The repair man was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Thanks!

I took my increasingly unstable 2006 Murano in to them for a lot of work and new tires. What I received back drove like a brand new vehicle. All proposed work was itemized and explained in detail with a very fair price attached. The staff are some of the best I have encountered and I have no qualms in going back for any issues that may wander along in the future. Amazing service.

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.
