Excellent Service!!! Our Dental office had an issue of security when the back door lock would not work. Within a few minutes of calling Better Cut Keys for help they were at our office to offer help. Very politely he explained what happened to the lock and why. In less than 2 minutes he was able to fix the lock. He walked off leaving no bill and stating don't worry about it. WOW!! What a guy!!! He completely failed, after 30 minutes of hearing him struggle through the process, and watching him scratch the paint off my door, I send him packing. I went outside to walk my dog and I ended up forgetting my keys inside and locking myself out of the house. I looked on my phone for lock-out services, Lake Shore Locksmiths poped up, I gave them a call and they told me they would send someone out right away. A technician arrived at my house 20 minutes later and he unlocked my door with ease!

Great workmanship. Our family has brought in many leather items for Joe and his staff to fix. Everything was repaired exactly the way promised.
Joe and his staff are extremely friendly and honest. If something can not be fixed, repair visible or too expensive to be worth it ... Joe will tell you.
