The owner/manager also offered me fresh coffee as my coffee got warm while understanding the payment concern. They also made my order for banana chocolate chip brownie complimentary. All of them are great guys. Very professional, They know what there talking about, great rates, and they will NOT try and screw you over. I came across a subwoofer and decided I wanted to install it in my car. I brought it to them and they tested the sub in there shop and explained the whole process of installation. They then sold me the proper amp and wire kit for a great price. I installed the sub on my own and it sounds amazing!!. :) Lire plus

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill.
