Have been going to this location for 3 years now. Have never had any issues with anyone.
Have dealt with the Manager since around 2005/6 throughout different companies like this. I will continue with this location as the staff are great and understanding.

Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.

The ladies give me personalized service that is unmatched by any financial institution I have done business with through the years. In the few times I have had an issue, I have escalated problem and it was solved on-the-spot. I came away surprised and pleased by the level of service and commitment to my business needs.

Sumit was amazing to deal with at Fido in Woodgrove mall. I ended up buying a new iPhone XR but when I went home I had no service so ended up needing to return it two days later on Boxing Day. The mall was so busy but he still helped me return it and refunded everything. Overall amazing experience with him and would recommend dealing with him if you need anything. He totally still took the time and care even when helping me cancel services. Very professional and an awesome guy!
