I came in for a consultation with the dentist and I found her to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable and very patient as I hate dentists and am very nervous. Dr. Cristina was very kind and made me feel secure. She did not give me the impression that she needed a new car or home by gouging my pocket book, she really wanted to give me all of my options.
I am happy and very lucky to have found her and would recommend her to anyone that would ask.

Clear Air Solutions did a wonderful job cleaning the ducts after our renovation. Nothing compared to the truck that sits outside and the huge hose goes in the house. This cleaning was precised to remove all dirt in the duct system. I was very satisfied with their work.

This dental office has the most incredible staff I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. From the people at the front desk to the assistants to the Dr, this place makes me feel at home and comfortable from the moment I enter the door to the time I leave. I am a VERY nervous patient, and the staff here actually made the trips I've taken very enjoyable and relaxing....and that's saying something. Finally I found the Dental care that I am happy about. Dr. Yan is awesome with her professionalism. She is understanding and caring. I am so glad that I found the dental professional that I have been looking for and whom I can trust. The staff are excellent - patient and welcoming. They are efficient and reponsible with the appointments, etc. They are also great with the kids. I would recommend without hesitation!

As a well seasoned 25 year Army veteran I have been to many a pharmacia between here and the University of Kathmandu. Hands down ..... this is truly the best one , ... i take many medication for many problems from CRPS to poisoning ..... within 1 hour they had my medication that no one else could get me in the city , they treated me with respect and didnt look at me like I was a local " Pillhead" as the rest of the places do. Competitive prices. Safe location. Gate always locks. Cameras. Solar on the roof for a green footprint. Dan is good to work with. If there is anything to say that needs adjustment is the lot needs releveling (potholes) due to settling gravel. The beach area does that. Im sure they will get that done after the winter
