A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

A couple of years ago, I had my alternator changed on my Honda Civic 2005, at the Honda dealer . They told me I needed a brake job, including new cylinders about 400-500$ .I went for a second opinion across the street at OK TIRES. they showed me all my brakes were in excellent condition and didnt charge me a cent.
This was the second time they have proven their integrity and honesty.
OK TIRE is much better than just OK. Kudos to Keith and the team

Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

What a pleasure to deal with Mohamed as he is always smiling and treats you like a friend instead of a customer. He always has time to listen to your concerns and tries to find solutions. I much prefer his personal touch to that of the larger drug stores in the Western Communities. Also, I discovered today that he is authorized to. give you the vaccinations which are required for travel to foreign countries. This saves the considerable expense of going to a Travel Clinic.
