Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. Very helpful informative employees and friendly as well. Highly reccomend their services i might have saved a few dollars buying parts online but im so happy i decided to go through them instead.

The Westwood clinic staff are great. I have been going to Dr. Blake in there for a long time and he is exceptional. I had corneal abrasion in my right and I phoned and he just happened to be in Winnipeg then and they got me in that afternoon. He went above and beyond the call of duty and sent me to an ophthalmologist after that just to make sure that he saw what Dr. Blake saw and he did and that Doctor gave me eyedrops and it cleared up in 3 days.

The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.

I am surprised at the previous comment about social distancing as I have found this location to have very good COVID protocols in place right from the start. I prefer the format of this location over the newer designs, this layout is easier to maneuver. There is always an appropriate number of tills open & they are quick to open more as needed so you never need to wait in line very long. I have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years and this store is one of the reasons I like living here.

My car had a engine problem and I took it there instantly and they figured out the problem fast, and I had my car back and fixed within 4 hours. The customer service department was very polite to me, when I was asking for the prices of Oreo's they had to call me back. My phone then decided to disconnect, therefore leaving me with no service. Once I had my service up again, I recalled, and got the same person to answer the phone. He had responded very politely, and respectfully. 5/5 stars for sure :)
