My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. He assessed the problem and explained everything in detail that was going on. I found him to very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Needed a new compressor; price shopped all over Calgary and came across Lynco. They had what I needed in stock at the best price. They also determined the problem with my old machine, had the parts to fix it and I was able to sell it on Kijiji.

This was the best experience I've had with a service person. Jeff arrived at my house and he went straight to work at the kitchen drain that was leaking. When he finished, he showed me the work he did and everything looked brand new. He then did a free home inspection of my other plumbing, hot water tank and furnace. I learned so much about my plumbing and heating in that hour that I now feel confident in maintaining my home / winterizing / changing filters etc. I highly highly recommend!

Brian N. replaced a pipe under my sink.But right from the get go he was professionaland direct.He put me totally at ease,and I felt he was honest and knew what he was doing.He offered me options,and when the work was done,he inspected the rest of my place,and showed me where the water shut off valves were located.Something that I never knew existed.When he guaranteed his work,and showed me everything he was doing,I felt very satisfied.

Each time an issue has come up, we have had Darren come out. I seriously can not recommend this guy enough!! He is on time, friendly, honest, extremely helpful, and goes above and beyond to help. Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.
