I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

We own buildings around Edmonton and in Fort Saskatchewan. Canuck is our first call with all plumbing issues. They are quick and reliable. Gord is great at troubleshooting. We would recommend Canuck to all parties.

I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. The lady was really helpful & not knowing what the day would bring, offered to call me next week & discuss appt. times. Later that day, Ali showed up & asked if today would be okay & it was.
