We lost the dust cover on one of our trailer wheel bearings on our way to Oliver from the Valley. We bought a cover from CT that we thought would fit, however after stopping at the Sami in Osoyoos we realized we had lost the cover again. We stopped at the Lordco and I explained our situation. One of the staff came out with a larger size and popped it on for us! We made it home safe and without losing any more covers! Really appreciate his help, especially with 3 kids tired after a long week!

Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... Excellent service by professionals that know how to repair Medical Lift Chairs. Luke also suggested and installed a heightened, toilet commode. "Luke" comes to Oliver, BC once a week, they do not charge extra for travel. Luke is knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. He is a first rate! professional. I tried another medical supply from Penticton that charged extra to travel and didn't have the knowledge needed to repair Medical Lift Chairs. You won't go wrong with Valley Medical Supply.Sylvia

Always friendly, they are able to do any kind of pharmaceutical I need, and their on-site staff of nurses are available for consultations of all kinds, including wound care. They also offer free delivery which is really helpful in the colder, winter months when many can't drive to pick up their prescriptions. Thanks Greg and team!
