Having Deb McCann tune my piano was an excellent experience. Her many years of expertise coupled with kindness, generosity, and what I think is the fairest price I've come across all made for a very positive exchange. On short notice ... Jimco was closed but took me in ... they did an excellent job of fixing a runner and straightening a bent bracket on my boat trailer ... they made sure the bearings were greased and replaced one ... great price and fast work ... Thank-you Jimco!
