Tetyana is my third tailor in Victoria. The Russian Taikor was too expensive and too slow. Gar Fong was cheap and quick, but the language barrier caused problems. Tetyana is just right... reasonably priced, reasonably quick and she does excellent work.

This has been a really nice experience for me. I am new to this dojo and the instructor is excellent. I feel very welcome. He is an excellent communicator and very passionate regarding his teachings. Everyone was very kind and supportive at the dojo. Other students encouraged me when I was learning. In all my travels, I have yet to find a better instructor. Mill Bay has no idea how lucky we are.

Had a Fujitsu heat pump installed on Salt Spring Island. Matt and his apprentice were prompt returning calls and were very professional, courteous and clean on the job site. Were the most competitive by far in terms of pricing as well. Excellent job!

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

#top-class... you can buy Apple things everywhere but ReStart is super stocked and the Service personnel are spectacular, friendly,affordable and reliable.
I have purchased over 20 mac devices and they all work great because of the fine tuning done by Robin and Chris as needed .....incredibly, the whole family shops here. I had a wonderful experience with Dave at Oak Bay Cobbler (and I'm sorry it has taken me so long to leave this review). I was turned away by another cobbler who told me my Doc Martens that I had stupidly put through the washer and dryer in an attempt to shrink the leather (Reddit told me to!) which left them deformed (obviously), were a lost cause. Dave, however, said if I wanted to come back and use his tools I could work on the shoes myself. I fixed them. He didn't charge me. Go to Dave :)
