I have no any negative comments here to everyone at the southside Nissan dealership. Everyone is so nice and friendly to their customers. Car service is more professional way and great service. I always service my car at the southside nisssan since I bought my first rogue from them. Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. Each time I was there, I was treated like a valued client. I would definitely recommend NexGen Hearing!
