My fiancé and I were in there tonight for our fourth year anniversary. Everyone made us feel welcome and special. The service from everyone was really nice. The food was absolutely delicious. But our server was one step higher than phenomenal! Seriously the best service in town hands down. Definitely will come back. Thank you so much.

I do not usually take the time to write review but I feel that I have to comment on what a great experience I had as a visitor in your community. My friend wanted to take me to her favourite shop there Ann help us pick out several wonderful tops and was quite honest about how they fit and looked. We purchased several wonderful items a few days later my friend got a card from Ann thanking her for stopping by with her Manitoba friend. Great customer service than you Ann. We will be back.

Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. We have had our Penguin hot tub cover for almost 10 years now. It has been great! Only just last year it started failing -finally our South Okanagan UV rays seem to have dried up the vinyl a bit, as well as cracked the vinyl at the corners. (The corners no longer fit). Lid was directly under the outside elements all year in full sun. Of course we give it a good scrub a couple times per year. I think this is the deluxe model and we will purchase it again. It is a tad heavy but I am asmall person.

Was very impressed with this business. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Had it delivered from Penticton to our home in Oliver. They phoned the morning of delivery and gave a two hour window for delivery and they were definitely on time. The 2 gentlemen were wonderful. Very polite, efficient, and polite. If I need another appliance I would go to this store first. Free delivery and take away of old product was definitely a bonus to us.
