Really good pulled pork, beef brisket and pulled chicken sandwiches. Poutines are ok. Not bad but have had better in the area.

Been there several times and have been happy with the quality of their work (have had manis and pedis there) and polish stays on much longer than when done at home. Clean and doesnt stink like some other nail salons. Dont expect much conversation unless you speak their language but usually decent movies on.

Although I didnt end up needing a service call, they were very helpful and accommodating to answer my questions by phone. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and recommended I try a few things first, in which one of those suggestions worked. I called them back to thank them, and I would recommend their operation from a customer service standpoint.

I’ve been going to this place for a year after trying so many shops. I’ve tried out multiple barbers as a walk in and I honestly can’t say who is my favourite. It’s too close to tell. They always hit, never miss. I can’t say a single negative aspect from reception to checkout. Attitude, attention to detail, cleanliness and skill. Honestly, it’s hard to beat in Oshawa, if it even is. Highly recommend.

I’ve been sugaring for the past 5 years with all kinds of great experiences in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Oakville. However, Denise takes the cake in this business! She’s thorough, efficient, and my Brazilian with her was by far the least painful sugaring I have EVER had. Her background in the business is extensive- you definitely feel that you’re in the hands of a pro. Her prices are extremely competitive, her spa clean and cute. Definitely adding A Sweet Alternative to my monthly regime.

We would highly recommend Branches Tree Service to anyone looking for tree removal or pruning. Great price and excellent job from the team in cutting down are two large emerald cedar trees (almost 20 feet in height) and trimmed our other cedar tree. My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I have used this business several times now, and I would recommend them in a heart
