I don't normally write reviews but in this case it was well deserved. My wife and I ate at this restaurant and like most were blown away by the customer service we received. They greeted us first by opening the door for us, checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and thanked us at the end for coming and opened the door for us when we were done. I honestly felt like I was in a small town restaurant and cannot say enough good things about this A & W. Lire plus

Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service. Lire plus

Service was wonderful. All the food was hot and our order, which was over $50.00, was perfect . Not 1 item missing including straws, napkins etc. The staff was fast and efficient as well as friendly. The restaurant was very clean also. I would most definitely recommend this A+W location to everyone who enjoys great food and awesome service. Just like the old days! Kevin Goosen and his two tradesmen were extremely professional. Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. The other two tradesmen who did the gas line and the plumbing did an outstanding job. I could tell that all three of them knew exactly how to do a job properly.
