Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys. Lire plus

Bought my truck from Sam the owner. Was a laid back no pressure experience. I picked up the truck and there was a small issue with the TPSM sensor. They helped to resolve it right away. I would and have recommended them for a car or truck purchase. Thanks, Paul S Lire plus
