I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done. Tomas Beblar Lire plus

David knew exactly what to do without incurring huge costs to us for drilling the lock and replacing it. I had a dangerous tree leaning over my house and garage and was worried it might fall towards the house. Dead branches had already caused some serious damage after wind storms. When I called in my main concern was getting it down safely without damaging my house, garage, and pathways. Tyler walked me through the process of rigging and lowering manageable sections slowly down to the ground and to safety. They worked all day taking it down and away bit by bit. Great service!
