We chose Summers and Smith to install our new equipment last year and have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service we have received. Not only was the installation completed professionally, but their follow up work is fantastic We had to use them for an emergency service call over the weekend and the technician was prompt, and accurate in their diagnosis. All of images are now digital. We used Staples to scan over 2100 photos. Excellent service. They did exactly what they promised and just under the 4 weeks they guaranteed. Professional, helpful and they transfer VHS too. Most of the photos were shredded with the exception of a few that I’m mailing to family members. Very reasonably priced. In my 16 years of business as a professional organizer I could not find anyone better or cheaper for the job. And now we’ve used them for our personal photos.

Total proffesionalism from the estimate to the install. They really care about the customer. During installation careful attention was paid to the very last detail. The stairs were completely protected for the staining process. Very friendly interaction between the staff and myself.The stairs look terrific. We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since.

I love to shopping here , as we are locals and this store is great saving for us but today I was been treated rude by the cashier, the 12 pack of Dr Pepper with the sale tag was $2.47 but she checked in $5.47 so I pointed out she called someone bring the tag up while waiting for she said to another customer put the stuffs on the belt this lady has the issue with the rude impression, when the guy brought the tag up she said it was in the wrong place,I left it back no need to be rude

I booked an early pick up and the driver was there right in time and being early I was impressed when the driver softly knocked on my door caring to not wake up my family members.
