I am so pleased with the recent conversion of my 1984 electric furnace to propane by Sparlings. My sales advisor, Daniel, thoroughly explained the different brands of furnace to consider, and the pros and cons of each. Vlad and Tim carefully and efficiently installed the tank and line and took care to leave my lawn looking as good as possible. John and Joel installed my new Trane furnace the very next day and they thoroughly explained its operation and features left my basement clean and tidy.

Leaking refrigerator. RTC rep diagnosed likeliest cause by phone, explained simple repair if I was handy, offered to come in person within 3 days. I was able to fix it and the blocked defrost tube is still working perfectly many days later

Leila was absolutely wonderful. We worked with her for just a short time when my boyfriend and I were looking to rent a condo. We fell in love with one that was over budget and Leila helped us come up with an offer as well as made things go swimmingly with the landlord. After we secured our place she continued to help us - making sure we were set up with keys and answering all of our first timer questions.
