After contacting John, they came and replaced my dead spruce with a Black Hills spruce. Tree looks great, their job was neat and clean. when they were finished the tree looked like it had been there for years. Job well done

I wish to draw attention to a young man (I believe his name is Johnny) who works at the gas station on Ellice & Wall. He is one of the nicest young men (very friendly and helpful). It is a pleasure to deal with him. I always fill my gas tank at that station and find that all the people working the pumps are friendly and nice, but Johnny is the best.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Yesterday I was stranded in Tsawwassen with a flat tire. After BCAA put on the spare tire, I headed to Randy’s to buy a new tire. Although they were unable to get a tire from their warehouse, they assured me that it would be ok to drive back to Vancouver as long as I didn’t speed. Then they took the added step to ensure my safety and checked the spare tire and filled it up with air. Thank you Louise and Joshua for your kindness. You are good people! Best, Jude
