You can tell that he is a car guy, that enjoys working on cars. My experience hands down was the best mechanic shop i have been to. Louis and his team work so hard at everything they do.Louis is a busy guy, but he will give you the time of day to explain what needs to happen now, or later and makes sure you actually understand the process. He even came in on a Saturday morning on his day off to convience me and my family

D & M came and cleaned my living room and hallway. He came at the time we had arranged, he gave me a great price. He clean my carpets very well and in a timely manner. He even got out out my tough coffee stain that another company tried and failed to do!! I will be using them again!

I have been bringing my diesel in since 2014, and will continue to. You get full customer service here. The owner cares about his customers. The mechanics are awesome, efficient, and detailed. They give me plenty of information and advice on how to move forward with my repairs.
They will continue to see me, my diesel and plenty of Tim Hortons muffins and coffee's for their above and beyond customer service! A+ you guys and gals!!! Keep up the good work!!!

We have used Bannister a few times, 3x’s for windshield, because we travel through the mountains year round, and once for a bumper repair. Our claims are trying as it’s out of province, but the people at Bannister made it easy for us. The workmanship and service (plus plus), are fabulous. As for the team, friendly, patient and thorough. Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

To the last review. We are sorry to here of your troubles. We strive to give great service, each and every time a customer comes in. That's why we have stayed in business on the westside for over 30yrs. In this case we attempted to make a repair on a part , that would take several days to come in and cost hundreds of dollars, all for a clip the size of a quarter. Unfortunately the repair did not last. But we did stand behind our work and got the vehicle repaired immediately.

Cant understand where the negative reviews are coming from? Based on my two experiences Alec has treated me super fine. I just don't try to let on more than he does. Its a one man show and busier than a one armed paper hanger. have no hesitation on referring him for business. I know of others which would/will speak the same.
