Helpful staff who don’t oversell accessories, got very good-tempered hamsters for the kids. Nice selection of bettas. Store is obviously smaller than retail chain, but tidy and not smelly despite the closely racked cages.

What also distinguishes them is that they are particular about timeliness, about cleaning up after they finish.. thoughtfulness rarely encountered.
