Clean, pleasant staff and top notch products. Private rooms if you don't want to sit and chat with friends in their comfy massage chairs. Reasonably priced and lots of treatments available. Also a great place to go with daughters or moms and sit side-by-side and chat while have pedicures done. Gift spa packages are great for the mother-in-law that has everything!!

Well qualified and friendly staff. They serve healthy food on breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack and do many activities for kids it’s a great place for kids to learn and have fun.

Also no messes left behind, furniture is put back and pictures rehung. Cannot say enough about the service provided. I've always found the staff very knowledgeable and ready to help they keep you on the computer system to make things easier. I love using Bio Guard and have never ever had problems. My pool is exceptional as well as my hot tub. Being on the system makes it easier to assess my water quickly and give me my chemicals and recipe to balance the pool for my season. 20 ys of dealing here cant be wrong.

There is no better place for a child to learn how to swim. My son started at 11 months old and now has his lifeguard badge. The team are phenomenal with all children. My son was very challenging when he started there but they never gave up. They worked with him until he learned to love the water. We moved to the Brock Road pool and the same can be said for that location. Bonnie, Chris and the team are beyond fantastic.
