Couldn't have been better! Here's the story...
I was attempting to change the deadbolts on my house on Friday and after 2 hours of fight I called and he came as quick as possible. I even had to leave to coach football and a friend waited there. MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE TRIED TO HELP ME OVER THE PHONE FOR FREE FIRST!
I expected to be charged an arm and a leg on a Friday evening, but I couldn't get over the low $55 call out fee and $20 per door. Couldn't say enough good things about this man!

My company just purchased a building that used Safe and Lock Solutions for their security needs. I had to get several keys made and found Donna and Theresa to be very helpful and knowledgeable with the history the building. We will be using them when we are ready to expand the security of the grounds.

Paul knows his stuff, he ordered the part for my washer, came to do the repair and went straight to work. The repair was done in no time at all. EXCELLENT service, and reasonable prices. Not from the area and had to stop in a time pinch for supplies ... Happy we decided to turn in rather then driving further to neighbor community. Exceptional service from Carole in Paint Department ... the lady knows her stuff!
Knowledgeable staff in building supplies and out in the yard too. Cashier was very personable as well.
