This is the first place I take my car for everything. Great, prompt, friendly service, always priced fairly. Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty. Final bill - under $100 for everything

John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!

Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Over the years, she has helped me recover from several injuries, work related body strain/ headaches, and pregnancy. Professional support from Dr. Wilk and his staff. High tech equipment; 3D imaging equipment and the means to produce crowns directly in the on site lab. I was amazed; I had a tooth with a large cavity where the filling had dislodged. The tooth was prepared, shaped, scanned and the crown produced and installed all in one 2 hour visit !
The cost was extremely reasonable and much lower than I expected. Dr. Wilk's knowledge and experience is exceptional.

I had a fitted mermaid that was 2 sizes to large in the top and 1 size in the bottom based on weight loss after ordering the dress. She basically had to take the top of the dress apart and rebuild it. It was PERFECT and cost way less than I had expected.

The quoting individual was the most professional and knowledgeable of all companies who quoted. The installers were artists. (The mitered joints are invisible and they actually used a coping saw to back cut the corners of the trim, resulting in invisible joinery). The inspector visit and the follow-up by the company after the installation has been an unexpected pleasant surprise. We did not choose the lowest bid, nor the highest. We are very pleased with the awesome service provided.

I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!
